What fantastic pasties! Potato potato potato! What a true Australian treasure. After working in the hospitality industry for 7 years and eating pasties after pastie, i consider myself somewhat of an expert, even being known to some of my friends as "Pastie Pete". When i first entered this fine establishment it took me back to when i first ate my very first pastie all those years ago - it was at this point that my love affair with pasties began. The cruch. The potato. The heartwarming healthy yet decadent snack, botha treat and a meal replacement depending on what you need it to be. My life was changed from that day forwards. Looking down now at my plump belly and reflecting on the numerous comments from 'friends' about my developing paunch, im beginning to think that maybe they arent just joking around when they say "Pastie Pete is at it again". Is it because i work in the hospitality industry? Is it because my car is full of crumbs and wrappers that i never get past a first date? I remember my first date. Apparently a candle lit bakery feast doesn't please the ladies. Anyway - you cant go wrong with this place. The sausage rolls are superb.

Our lunch of salt and pepper squid and barramundi was good, if a little over priced. The restaurant is rather cavernous and lacks charm, although there are great views over the golf course and Lady Bay beyond.

Great coffee, friendly smiles and a lovely dog friendly backyard away from traffic noise. Backyard does need some TLC but it adds to the cosy laidback setting. Didn't try food.

Had a 2 day conference here. The accommodation, service and food was all amazing. Really great location for a function or even a weekend escape. Even better if you like golf.

We attended my mate's 70Th birthday celebration at the café and found it to be superb. The outlook was great, saw some dolphins out in the water. The meals were magnificent and the service second to none. Staff were extremely cheery and helpful.
