The quality of fresh flavas is amazing, always fresh . The customer service is above and beyond. Friendly, respectful and very welcoming. I would not attend any other cafe in the beenleigh mall other than fresh flavas.

Look, that Dale review is full of bs! All the reviews uploaded from this person have been negative, not a single positive review. The young girl would have been just doing her job, as if you wouldn’t have to wait to have your coffee that you’re complaining about to be remade if other customers are waiting! She would’ve just been doing her best with the busy rushes that they encounter. The boss however, Andrew, is so rude to his employees! I have witnessed one girl crying because of him yelling at her! And he is always in their faces, even when customers are around. And by the way Dale, decaf is actually not so much of coffee as you thing, it has no caffeine in it! WHICH REMOVES SOME OF THE FLAVOUR AND COLOUR! How do I know you ask? Because I am a certified Barister :) So have a nice day, these girls do really deserve better reviews especially with the boss that they have to deal with!
