I am a regular customer, very clean facilities, good McCafe my gripe is that I always ask for hot chips and more often than not I ask for a replacement, this afternoon my husband and I called in for Chicken Nugget meals, plus Apple Pies again all of it was less than warm.. It was not a busy time so perhaps the holding times of the food were longer, not really good enough.. hopefully this review will allow the Management to look into it.. perhaps others find it the same but don't stop to review, just don't go back.

A typical Oliver's but the food was really slow. The pockets are good but a bit small for my taste, ultimately I would expect it a bit quicker given it is pre prepared. No one came out to clean a table for our entire visit. Overall it was below average.

Enjoyed quick service at lunchtime. I had to order the "bad boy" focaccia just because of the name and had coffee as it was recommended to me prior. The food and the coffee were great, but I'm easy pleased. I will say though that I'll have to get the coffee in a mug size next time as I found myself trying to suck more coffee out of my empty cup.:)

Very hip and happening atmosphere with a great outlook onto the beach. Friendly staff and the acai bowl was delicious, the smoothies were good.

We arrived at Mike's just before it shut and grabbed the special; 2 pieces of fish & chips, $14. Added 6 calamari and what a bargain. Perfectly cooked, lots of vinegar and lemon pieces; what more could you ask for. Will be back on the return trip.
Short Street Shop 6 & 7 The Port Building 2444, Port Macquarie
This is one of my favourite pizza places for three simple reasons: 1) Its as delicious sober as it is while drunk off your face. 2) Its cheap, FAST and greasy 3) Perhaps most importantly, its just down the street from the Macca. So you're only a stumble and vomit away from what's going to rescue you from the impending alcohol poisoning. Best pizza they have is the meat deluxe.Its a pizza with....all meats, white sauce and cheese. Probably fattening and unbelievably bad for you. So freaking delicious. They do deliver for the rare times that you're NOT at the Macca wasted, so points for that. And holy crap I almost forgot about their bread. Basically drenched in garlic buttery magic, those alone win them five stars.

"MOISTEST" Is code for sloppy, didnt like the 1cm thick tomato and didnt appreciate getting the end bits of it either, or the over 1cm thick onion thats piled on and whatever i did to deserve 6 pickles..... im sorry! I love a whopper but not from port mac.

Seriously the best food (particularly the steak) I have EVER tasted. And I have had plenty of steaks in my time. Absolutely awesome food & service. Heading there again tonight and can't wait!

Friendly and prompt service, and wonderful chips. The seafood was a bit of a disappointment though, as it did not taste fresh.
