We went here for dinner one night. Had a great play area for the kids and the food was tasty. Some of the most friendly staff I have come across. I would highly recommend eating here

Well, what can you say. It's quirky and whatnot but if you strip away all the kitsch it's friendly knowledgeable service staff and a big meal for the money. Food came out surprisingly quickly since the place was packed.

Me and my girl had coffee's I had a banana bread and she had scones both were freshly made and were delicious. Would go back to again if in the area. View is great and just adds to the experience

Service was enthusiastic, polite and friendly. 'Weeknight specials' were great value and the food was very nice indeed. The dessert taster (4 different dessert choices off the menu) was fantastic and enough for 3 people to share. BYO wine helped keep the evening reasonably priced. Overall, a great dining experience worthy of a high recommendation and a return visit.

It seems that the Valentines Day cruise is the shizzle. I went this year and found the cruise to be excellent for cost. $69pp was all I had to fork out for a full seafood buffet with all the deliciousness you can fill up on. Although you don't get to see the lights of all the towns in Port Stevens. The boat only circled close to Nelson Bay but even in the relatively calm conditions I believe this to be better as the size of the boat to motion ratio would have been uneasy on a few oystered stomachs had we ventures too far. I was a little disappointed with the bar staff being so unorganized and taking 10+ minutes to serve a beer and wine early in the night with no other customers lined up.

We went there for lunch and they have lunch specials at $ 9.90. Dishes on lunch specials were of good portion and were delicious. We ordered fried rice with basil chicken, beef with rice, beef phad thai ( not lunch specials but reasonably priced) & satay chicken with rice. The satay is not the same satay you get in singapore or malaysia, it. is just chicken pieces on sticks. The beef phad thai was exceptionally good. Overall, excellent.

Neds pies are the best pies I have ever had! Try the macadamia nut with chicken thai pie, so delicious. They have so many unusual flavours which could backfire however we tried four on our stay in Nelsen Bay and they all come out tops. Pretty casual place and service ok. Grab a chocolate milk and a pie and sit at the window on a stool!

Me and my girlfriend went to this Restraunt after getting a tip off from my cousin. They managed to squeeze us in even though we were fully booked , we ordered pasta and it was cooked beautifully, the service was great, the recommended wine matched our food I would recommend this to anyone who is coming up to nelsons bay. We will definitely go back again.
