Really enjoy the atmosphere here. There are a few different sections in this hotel which seem to cater for many different clients. The garden area is great for families and dogs!(its dog friendly here). The front bar shows sports so great if there's a match on. The food is also really good but prepared for a 45 min wait at peak times. Great selection of beers and ales. This is one of those pubs that doesn't look that great from the outside but once your in there its hard to leave.

This place used to be great. I remember seeing Crow play The Vic Marrickville in 93 or 94. Best Crow gig ever. Plus, dont get lost people! The Vic claims to be in Enmore, but they are actually in, shock-horror, Marrickville! So, just a word of warning in case you're stuck up Enmore without a paddle.

I'd heard a bit of buzz about this place, which always makes me a bit suss... But I can honestly say, the mushroom, egg, haloumi & beetroot relish panini I got was second to none; unbelievable taste & texture. The sticky chai was perfect. Very friendly service. Happy to give this place 10/10. Wouldn't change a thing.

Amazing food!! This is definately not 'just another vietnamese restaraunt' in Marrickville. Its a make your own bento, viet style. The 'cucumber frostie' is great too! Go now, will not disappoint.

One footstep inside LazyBones and it seems too large, too mixed up, with no sense of order or design. Two footsteps in and the bar's warmth and style permeates your entire being, welcoming you in. The bar, boasting an eclectic mix of orange bar stools, Victorian-style chairs and lounges, leans towards a bit of the wild. Painted onto a large portion of the ceiling is a colourful, and tasteful, Karma Sutra image. The owner always has a smile on his face, ready to recommend a drink, whip up a cocktail or check whether you'd like a glass of water. The beers on tap include Young Henrys and a local Indian-inspired brew and they often have cocktail specials. They open early, close late, often have live music and also a mannequin that I consistently mistake for a real person.

This Cafe is a jem nestled in the industrial part of Marrickville. I had the pork roll. Fork me it was amazing! Staff are lovely, and the coffee is on point.

Vegan Fuh run out therefore ordered regular vegetable ones with beef stock but only came with plain noodle with basil, onion and bean sprout. No lemon, chillie and tofu and paying at $14 regular price is not worth it.

The musicians music venue. I have seen some of my best gigs ever at this venue, Afro Nomad and Papa Pilko and the Binrats. Cosy and you get close to the band. Awesome place.

The rice noodle with soup is excellent! Really tasty! Personally like chicken soup rice noodle! BTW, the fired spring roll with pork is really good as well. Just go there earlier,or it will be full!

This place is a must visit coffee experience bar in Sydney. Great coffee professionals present awesome coffees, especially really nice exotic special black coffees on the menu are just brilliant. Not only great coffees are the reason for visiting, but also warm customer service is their powerful weapon. Just super nice guys there. And also simply nice foods are available. Strongly recommend this place!

Some of the menu items are hit and miss. Food and service can be slow but occasionally divine.
The first thing I notice on approach is the long line stretching 20 deep up Illawara road. Secondly I note how tiny the shop front is: there are three fast working staff in a literal 3 x 2 metre hole in the wall. I’m excited already, the que of locals is such a good sign! The line moves quickly and before I get to know the friendly woman behind me I’m handing a mere $5 over for a BBQ pork roll with chilli and a bottle of water. $5 for lunch in Sydney!? I am eating at all the wrong places, evidently. I take my loot to Wicks Park, and inspect my meal. The bread is crusty on the outside with a fluffy inner, the salad is fresh and plentiful and the pork looks succulent. Taste-wise the pâté offers this incredible sweetness that is perfectly balanced by a mysterious salty sauce. The salad is crunchy and delicious, it’s well seasoned: overall the roll is just perfect. As I eat I recall a red squeezy bottle of sauce (soy? fish?) being sloshed generously over the bun just before wrapping it…musing on the flavour of the roll I really think that it’s the sauce that takes if from ‘good sandwhich’ level to ‘awesome roll’ status. I’d pay a lot of money for the sauce recipe. Yum.
