Where to start. Everything was fantastic. All the food was perfectly done - brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings, ribs and hot link - I honestly can’t say which I enjoyed the most. Coleslaw, Mac n cheese, beans and burnt ends and pickles all complemented the meat perfectly. The staff all were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Congratulations to pit master Brad and the team.

Given that this place just opened, there are some kinks to be expected in which they need to smooth out. Overall the food still tasted good like any other papparich franchise. The downfalls at the moment are the wait times, the wait staff were rushing abit too much which let down the customer service a little bit, and some dishes they delivered were cold (the kaya toast)

Used a living social voucher and had a fantastic meal. Burger with salad on the side, chicken salad and ham sandwich. Generous servings and tasted great. Also a good spot for people watching out in the air instead of inside the shopping centre.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times now and am exceedingly pleased with the overall restaurant experience. The service of the staff is excellent and you actually feel welcome to eat in the restaurant. I have tried a few different meals and would say the overall quality on most meals is very high. I highly recommend the roasted duck meal or chicken laksa.

New restaurant that has recently opened at the Castle Towers piazza. Very popular. Staff are well organised and food is pretty good. Soups were too salty however

Tonkotsu ramen is rich in flavour, and not too salty. Udon noodle is very delicious. There is a station of condiments for self-service. Sesame grinder is a very good idea. The place is a bit small and packed. You need to navigate around tables and people. All card payment has additional fee.

We had lunch here today. Everything was magnificent. We had personal service from the owner George, who always makes sure everything is to perfection. We shared the calamari and bruscetta, and then four main meals. Everything looked and tasted superb!!
Excellent food and service. Great atmosphere too. Will definitely come back.
