Well I read the reviews but needed fuel and this place was nearest. What can I say that hasn’t already been said. The staff are unbelievably rude. The old dear with the specs should get the boot and never be allowed near customers again. Totally bereft of any ability to even manage basic pleasantries. Horrible experience. Avoid this place if you don’t want to leave full of hatred for humanity.

Today 12/10 the lady staff closing the shop 21:50 , website says 22:00. She is rude and never give me fuel.

Very convenient location for filling up.

Arrived at the pumps at 9.54 last Thursday and they were all switched off and the rude staff member arrogantly informed me that they closed at 10pm and promptly locked the doors! Not good enough and a wasted journey to fill up for me. Not recommended to anyone. You need to employ better staff or train them properly BP!

All these people giving out bad rating don’t understand that staff reflects the same behaviour as yours, if you are rude to them that’s what you get, they are humans after all. Witnessed it personally inside the store. Services provided by the fuel stations depends directly on the demands so if they don’t sell LPG or jerry cans it doesn’t mean they deserve one star. People just don’t use logic and feel entitled to everything.

Operator did not know how to process a cash transaction - took 3 attempts and could not credit my velocity points. Embarrassing and hopeless staff!!!!!!
