I am a frequent customer at the Zambrero chain, but the service I received this evening from the jumped up boy was disgusting, he was more interested in scanning the people walking past than listening to my order, he ended up covering my burrito with lettuce which I didn’t ask for then in a childish strop threw it in the bin and told me that I asked for it (I have never had lettuce in my life!) not a good image!
Went to zambrero today and I’m a regular costumer and the guy serving me was so stingy my burrito bowl was half empty and he only added lettuce and chicken and rice I had to ask him to add the rest 😭😭. Plz serve generously for the price

Not sure how what I purchased could be called a burrito. The "beef" was the same consistency as wet cat food and lacking in any flavor. The person at the counter rolled it in such a way my first 2 bites were lettuce, small amounts of rice, and sour cream. I realize this is fast food, but come on. I paid 17 dollars for that mess, and threw half of it in the bin. Advice to the management spices exist, a tablespoon of guac shouldn't cost 2 dollars, and you should find a better source for your "beef" than the pet food aisle at Woolies. Update: The owner is sorry I wasn't happy. Well thats nice to hear...
