5A Portico Pde 2146, Toongabbie
Place empty on arrival. 12pm. Lady waitress not too friendly approach. Spring rolls tasty but way too oily. Chicken laksa, large bowl but way too salty and lots of noodles. No water offered, had to drink a bottle of water 10 minutes after eating. $18.90 too expensive for what you get. Poor atmosphere.
Always have and always will love yams! 30 years of eating at the same place speaks for itself!

It was on the weekend; The worst Chinese takeaway ever had. There was no flavour, meat and squids weren't fresh, The salt & pepper squid was soggy and tasteless. The sweet & sour pork was pretty bland. Our car is still stinking with the smell of recycled oil. Overall that was it I will never go there agin.
Definitely not the best Chinese I've had. However, it was definitely very interesting as it seems to be a snapshot of what 70's Chinese Takeaway food was like - I think if you're still after that retro flavour give this spot a try.

The food here is terrific... a well priced classic chinese restaurant.... the take away service is very quick... this is a regular favourite of mine.
