Fantastic food including some great specials. Would highly recommend the fish tempura and the dumplings.

We ordered take away and we highly recommend it! The staff is super nice, friendly and polite and you can tell the food is made with high quality and fresh ingredients. Super tasty, enjoyable and reminded us of the delicious food we had in Japan! Arigato gozaimasu Yachiyo!

Fantastic staff, excellent atmosphere, good drinks (including sake tasting), and the food is phenomenal! I'd recommend ordering a few dishes and then when you've finished, order a few more!

Terrible service, we waited around 20mins for our seat despite the reservation. Waited for another 30mins to give our order. But........food is great More proactive staff needed Give it a go but make sure you have time.

The food, for me, is fabulous. One favourite is the ginger chili rice. The sake range is so satisfying. The vibe is chilled and a slice of Tokyo. Yet it's the people creating experiences here who take it to another level. Kind, passionate, cheeky, what's not to love!

In a week of firsts for restaurants I had yet to visit, I ticked Yachiyo off my list. And subsequently added to my list of restaurants I must return to. I know understand why this place is so busy every time I walk past. The food is excellent. And we try enough dishes. Highly recommended.

Best Japanese food in the area, their crunchy matcha was the best recommendation to date.
