Clean, wide aisles, good selection

First time here. Large Woolies with all the stock… good prices and excellent customer service. Parking is a bit of an issue on Saturday morning though.

Great Place!!! Amazing coffee, amazing staff amazing prices, great prices. The staff are wonderful and can make your coffee personal with a custom order, and it isn't too STRONG OR HOT!!! They also have a wide array of delicious snack options so happy!!! They should have cafes in all Woolworths.

Never had a problem finding what I needed here, the staff are always helpful and nice. Even when it is busy I have never waited more than a few minutes in line to check out, which is pretty impressive in such a high traffic location!!

Lots of specials. Always clean and well signed for products. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Whoever the man is with the accent who answered the service desk phone within the last five minutes on Wednesday June 2, 2021 at 6pm is extremely rude. He hung up on me. I didn't want to give him my number because there was an unprofessional tone in his voice and I don't always get reception. He would have known this if he listened long enough before hanging up on me mid-sentence. I wanted to know when to call back, which would take less time than writing down a number. The unprofessional tone he proved by hanging up on me (it wasn't an accident). He was working whatever register is nearest to the phone, and answering the phone at the same time. I just wanted to know when to call back, who to talk to about my enquiry of an order. He could have placed me on hold if he had to go, or told me the hours to call back. Very rude. That is not how to treat customers, whether your manager is there or not. I wasn't putting any pressure on him to deal with the enquiry himself, since he was clearly busy and distracted. The second time I called back asking who I should speak with and when to call back, he claimed to be the assistant manager and said, "You want sweet potatoes, is that to make you sweet? You already sound so sweet." This is completely inappropriate and sexist. He wouldn't dare say that to a man for asking a question or declining to give their phone number unnecessarily. For this man to be working at Woolworths is concerning. If he is the assistant manager he claimed to be is deeply concerning. It is not a customer's job to be "sweet" to you to do your job.

So much cleaner and nicer now renovated clean bright and spacious Cafe shop out front is a bonus and the ladies know how to make a coffee ☕ As always get in and get out or wander aimlessly your choice. 🍪🍞🍩🥓🌹🌹☕
