I ALWAYS LOVE WOOLIES

Food and produce are well presented and usually well-stocked. When you need assistance, the team members (especially the service desk) have been enthusiastic and responsive. One of the best Woolies store I have been. Hope they keep it up. Thank you.

Great shopping mall, has absolutely everything you.couls possibly need. The food options are plentiful and the food I'm the food court is just amazing.

Not a massive store, but can normally find everything I need without any problems. Staff are friendly & helpful too 😊 Specials are always good & normally have lots of stock for the items on special. (Except my hair colour 🙄) Parking is normally really good up on the top level right outside the side entrance of the store (near parking for big w).

Appalling customer service. The woman ( I can't call her lady) at the deli station had catastrophic attitude, was simply plain rude. She didn't want to cut me ham because "everything is already cleaned". It was 7pm, deli station, as far as I know, is open until 8pm. Just bad.

Absolutely a great place everything you want and need, both asian and western side by side. Food everywhere mind boggles.

Great experience today at wollies garden city. First up was picking up some fresh produce. There was no broccolini left and only one kale. Asked the young lady stocking who immediately went out the back and brought fresh boxes out to fulfil my request. Not only was it no bother she did it with a smile. Next up the lady working isle 3 at about 1300h impressed me with a happy helping demeanour even though the customer in front of me was speaking on phone the whole time she was served. The isle 3 lady, when finished packing the customers bags took them around the front and put them in the customer's trolley, all with a smile, even though the customer was quite rude talking on phone the whole time. Then isle 3 lady (sorry I did not look at her name badge but i did put in a compliment to management) was very pleasant, helpful and happy whilst serving me. A very refreshing attitude keep up the good work and I hope wollies appreciates this employee. Worth her weight. Great customer experience

Handy some times, but prefer less crowded woollies.
