How do you mess up chips THAT badly, disrespect customers by making them wait and forgetting about their order... and still want people to pay for it??

Visiting from out of town (we live about 1 1/2hr away), we took on a referral from a local, we prefer to support local businesses when we are not at home, however....... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Chips were requested to be cooked a little longer to make them crunchy as we like that. What we ended up with were soggy, cold and disgusting tasting under cooked chips. Was like they were pre cooked for the next day as happens and then bagged up for us. Found them absolutely not edible and ended up having to buy the grandson Hungry Jack's on the way home. Poor performance over all. Side note our dog refused to eat them. Very sad and disappointed.
