Wild Munchies

Have been a number of times since new owners took over. No complaints at all the fish and chips are crispy. Had a beef burger for first time and will definitely have it again, the staff are very friendly, best fish and chip shop in Kalamunda.

I always have a go twice before I review. Tonight was the night. I've ordered from all over the menu. Even after delivery, everything was hot, and crispy. Will definitely be back again, and will be recommending to my friends!

There are multiple options for Fish 'n' Chips in Kalamunda. Wild Munchies has emerged as the best in my opinion. Thin yet crispy batter thats not too oily, meaty high quality fish and excellent chips. The price is right, the portions are big and the service is great. Multiple times they have fulfilled my odd requests for extras and changes. And they do Banh Mi!!!!!! Edit: changed to 5 stars as they are soon opening for lunch 😎

The good : price is pretty good and the chips were OK. The bad : really really oily but perversely the fish was very dry. I opted to upgrade to shark but probably would have been better off with the hake (may have been fresher).

Chicken burger does not look like the photo, photo on the menu is pictured buttermilk fried chicken with pickles. Burger I received has fish batter on it is completely different than the one on the menu, no pickles and has different sauce than pictured. Dry and hard chicken, Tasted like hospital food.

Battered prawns were overcooked and like rubber, also way to much batter. The rest that we ordered were meh.

Tried this place tonight instead of our regular. Sorry have to say worst barramundi and chips I’ve have ever had , soggy definitely not fresh fish went in bin disgusting won’t be returning.

have been here few time and always satisfied with their fish and chips always crispy and this time tried the burger I think it best in town

Great juicy beef burgers, recommend double cheese burgers. Fish and chips good generous size and reasonable prices, 3rd time back and have tried nearly all times on menu, best burgers in perth!

Fish was overcooked and dry. Good size portions of chips. Reasonably priced.
