Good trivia night

Excellent beer and gin.

That smokey pork belly rib burger was amazing.

Nice bar, great beer selection, lovely bar staff and $5 burgers! can't go wrong 😁

I watched my partner play a gig here and ate pita bread and dip. Venue was alright but it was quite sticky and dirty everywhere I sat and the service at the time was average. Took ages for my snack to come out. Will have to come back and see if I feel better about it.

The West Thebby is a cracking little bar that unfortunately suffers from a location issue. It’s a bit tricky to get to and because of being in a light-industrial / commercial area there aren’t a lot of locals that seem to frequent it yet. The beer list is always good and the food is almost always spot on. The staff are one of the reasons I come here as they are great, down-to-earth people who like a good chat and aren’t pretentious like other bars in town. Will be good to see how things grow over the next 12 months. Go Amy and team!

Disappointing. Was told a 10-15mim wait for food as it was quiet, and when we ordered there were only two or three other small groups there. The group of 10 accross from us almost immediately received their meals, so we thought we were in luck, it'd be nice and quick. Half hour later my partner enquired the whereabouts of our meals and immediately received his meal. Mine took another 15-20min. Apparently the chef made a mistake with my order. But instead of checking if I'd be happy to have it, they just remade it and extended our wait. They then also forgot to add sauce in their haste to get it out to me which made it bland. As a family with an 11week old, and hoping to have a quick meal before our 4.5hr drive to our regional home aftwr a long day, this delayed our trip a good 45min or more. Hence our disappointment.

It took 45 minutes to bring out three parmi's at lunchtime with only 6 or so other people in the food area.

It’s great after the revamp. Great beers on tap, lively place and nice staff.
