Good customer service, solved some issues I had with my order. Still recommend checking the best before dates though, as my online orders have not been all great.

We ordered at 10 am on Thursday and it said delivery next day. On Friday we called 3 times and they said delivery was on it's way. Last call was made around 4.30pm and they said don't worry the delivery will be there soon! It's only 20 minutes away from where we live, and if they say next day delivery, they should deliver! I asked them the driver's number which they never gave. I gave them my number but never received any call. They call themselves Wesfresh but I don't know how fresh my order is going to be! They should change their name to WAITFRESH! I want a refund and don't want your stale product! Stay away from them!

Good prices for chicken and other meats. They have a good selection of meats and other groceries too.

Fantastic variety & great prices with super friendly & helpful staff

Love the specials. 5kg of chicken breast for $25. We have been there for 99 cent kg chicken wings. Staff friendly. Parking ok. Store cramped for the amount of people shopping. Best option is not to go on Saturdays.

Great variety of products especially for bulk buying. Frozen Wagyu beef is so cheap and make lovely steaks for many meals. Slice it thinly and use it for BBQ. It is worth the money to pay $60 and ask the butcher to cut into steak portions. Keep frozen then defrost and use as you need. Great prices, great quality meats. Fruits and vegetables need more care.

Good bargains if you group together and buy bulk

Always get a bargain or 2 here in meat, seafood, fresh fruit and veg, assorted frozen food and groceries. Always do a price comparison with Coles / Woolies to be sure of course
