I got a say ice cream is delicious I have no problem with that but I understand sometime there is a young staff working (looks teenagers). They need to train customer services.

Bought a cookies and cream Oreo ice cream cake today and it was perfect, no flaws, was as i expected it. The lady also appeared happy in her work and told me how to store it and some handy tips too! Will come back for birthday/occasion cakes for sure!

was 1st time being customer and ordered birthday cake and they did not inform me that is actually ice cream cake till I discovered at the birthday party with no professional way of doing the designs even the ice cream taste was not good.Not recommended for birthday cakes.

I has good shake good servers but you need more ideas to make 5 star

Lauren and her team are always great fun and fast service is their forte! Coffee is always great and the food is great for that quick snack, or a small lunch.

Looks like this place is called Wendy’s to me, horrible customer service update you’re system like EVERYONE else in the mall
