Really good!! Chips are super crunchy and tasty. Burgers made on Turkish bread and so tasty. Friendly and clean.

New owners...not going back! Gave me food poisoning throwup my whole meal; chicken was very dry, all salads were 50% cheap mayo, mac/cheese was 99% shell pasta an 1% cheese sauce... (Dimsims and potatoes cakes were great but the do better next door at the fish&chips shop)

The quality of the food has deteriorated during 2020. I purchased a chicken and chips and salad last night and the chicken was so overcooked and dry that it was inedible and had to be fed to the dogs and two of the three salads were the same. Never going there again.

This store has been under new management since early 2020 and has seen its quality drop considerably since new owners came in. The food is bland and somehow the chips were under cooked several times. Not only that, it seems the workers dont understand very well so mistakes are plentiful.

Great chips and chicken but poor service after about 6 o clock. I have tried to purchase chicken after 6 three times in three weeks but every time I go they have no chicken left. Poor quality, they need to learn how to cook for certain stages in the day.

They have really tasty charcoal chicken, the chips are also really nice and crispy and they have a great range of salads. The staff are very friendly and it is quite well priced. They have become the family's go to for Charcoal Chicken and will stay that way because we all love it.
