We visit Lisa Mcguigan every time we are in the hunter and each time it tops the last. Obviously the wine is always amazing but the experience is an absolute joy, from the incredible attention to detail in what is the most unique winery decor I have ever seen, to the incredibly knowledgeable tasting experience and theatrical customer service. They go above and beyond to give us a taste of Lisa and her vision. Can’t wait to return.

We ran a wine & yoga retreat in the Hunters and took the group for a wine tasting here and it was a highlight! Staff are fun, informative, generous and passionate, I did know much about Lisa McGuigan and felt that they representing Lisa perfectly. Such a true experience! You can’t find something similar in the Hunter Valley and even not in the Worldwine. The cellar door is spectacular as outside than inside and make the experience so different. The staff was more than great and friendly, they like what they do and are happy to share that with you. Their wines are stunning by their delicacy and proper character. Basically, I’m charming and I’ll warmly recommend this wine experience cellar door around me. Merci et à bientôt! Pierre

VAMP is an exciting winery! The cellar door, especially, is a visual feast - so different from the usual cellar doors. The staff were so much fun! not only were they knowledgeable, they were also committed to their jobs, providing informed tastings for all of the wines. From the incredibly delicious rose to the full bodied and beautiful shiraz ( named in tribute to many fine Romans - you have to try the Maximus, if you love a Hunter Shiraz!) Christine is the icing on the cake! A marvel!
