Very friendly staff. Nice food. Reasonable prices. However, sign says "No mask, no service" yet they served someone with no mask after me. Not cool.

Shameful. Your Vietnamese grandmother would not be happy!!! Saddest banh mi I’ve ever received. Hardly any filling!!! I was so sad eating this.

Top marks...!!! The best tasting fresh viet rice paper rolls and viet “banh bao” steamed meat buns I have had the pleasure to sample! And the operators (they are an energetic couple) are absolutely delightful. Courteous service with a smile and quick too. Very Good value. Your money will go a long way here ! Do make this your default healthy go-to lunch place and please buy dinner to take home too !

One of the good eats in South Melbourne. Friendly service, delicious Banh Mi, I love the bread, as they are not too hard. The best thing is this business is social enterprise, which means that they donate 50% of profits to charity. They've got two benches for outdoor seating, which is perfect when weather is really good. They do charge 1% surcharge if you pay by card, so if you have cash, better to pay by cash. They also got loyalty card, where you buy 10 Banh Mi and get 1 free.
