Urban Habit

A brief visit to Urban Habit on Tuesday 27/04/21 & we found the service to be good, food & drinks all good & polite friendly staff with plenty of seating area's.

Bad unAustralian and reportable failure to supply basic hospitality of table water. Look food and coffee are regular. Nothing authentic. Used frozen thawed chicken for my salad. Tasted bland. But the kitchen blonde woman, quite frankly not very experienced in customer service, she refused me and our toddler a regular cup of tap water. Pointed out expensive bottled water. You’ve done an illegal offence to the basic right to water. Change your policy and we might reconsider. Also noticed blonde staff clear table and then go right back to making a burger without washing her hands. AVOID🤢

We've only had drinks here, but the service was good and the drinks were tasty. Had an iced coffee and a passionfruit soda. A bit heavy on the ice, but it was really refreshing. Covid safe measures in place and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Would come here again.

Great selection of food & drink. Quick service even though they were crazy busy. This used to be Coffee Club. Nice spot to stop for a coffee or a full lunch

Terrible sevice. Bland food. I was not allowed to swap bacon for avo on my eggs Benny so paid $3 extra and was given 3 slices of rock hard avo.. never again.

No tap water because of ’covid’. Had to pay $4.60 for a glass! Bought lunch and coffees in a group. Sorry but won't be back because water should always be free when you dine in and buy meals
