Uh Oh Spaghettio

100%, 100% of the time

Finally got chance to have Spaghetti night out. I personally like the hipster ambient with pasta bar concept in Fortitude Valley. What we had: 🧄 Fried Garlic Bread 🦀 Crab & Squid Ink Linguine 🧀 Young Henry's Mac & Cheese 🥗 Fried Brussels Salad The highlight of that night I do like how touch of spicy in Crab and Squid Ink Linguine and Fried garlic bread.

For a place that only serves pasta, can’t believe how badly they do it. Expect no flavor, poorly cook pasta and chewy dry meat. The staff were amazing, but could not possibly make up for the terrible food. Maybe just go for a drink? The drinks are good.

3rd time dining, and probably the least enjoyable. Not terrible but could be so much better. The crab and squid ink pasta is too dry, needs twice as much sauce. Plus you can't even taste the fermented chili. The fried brussel sprouts are fried whole, leaving the center tasteless and kind of tough. Should have been cut in half and fried at a higher temp. Lots of potential but not hitting the mark.

We just stumbled across this place. Im glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. Very flavoursome and great portions. The crab and squid linguine was yum. The service was super friendly. We loved the music play list too. Definitely will go back again!

What a gorgeous dining experience! Delicious home made pasta, creative menu, reasonably priced drinks and food, attentive staff, good wine. We had a wonderful experience here and plan to make it a regular restaurant. Thanks to the staff for a great night!

I hate writing bad reviews, but considering how much money this place costs, it's pretty bad. The food is generally bland or outright gross. I mean - their risotto tastes like earwax... no joke. Servers are really nice though, but that's about all that's good about this place.

The fried garlic bread is amazing and the pasta is absolutely delicious! Even the gluten free option 😌 would highly recommend!

Been here three times so far. The first two were great but this third time was just average. Food came out incredibly quickly however it wasn't as good as the other two times that I've been here. The artichoke rigatoni is great, as was the crab spaghetti. The bolognese fries are decent but a little bland. Mac and cheese was great but very decadent. Service is average.
