We have taken what Thievery was originally and went back to more of our fast casual, street food roots with a menu we feel this is our best one yet! The menu includes some of our all time favourite Thievery dishes, like Sydney’s Favourite Hummus with Burnt Butter Paprika, Smoky Baba Ganoush with dollops of Yoghurt, our crunchy Iceberg Steak “Tabbouleh”, our house made Falafel (which you can get on their own, as a pack with toum, pickles, hot sauce and pita bread or in one of our mouthwatering kebabs) and Sourdough Manoush Pizzas - which will be topped with our ‘3 Cheese & Spicy Sausage’ or ‘Greens & Cheese’. We have always loved the humble bird - and we have had BBQ Chicken on our menu for a long time - but now its coming back as the star of the show. Using our signature red spiced pepper rub and salting, we marinade our chickens for 48 hours before kissing them on the fire and cooking till juicy, tender and smokey.
