Catch train to Museum rail station , walk up Oxford street to The Winery. It is a 5 minute walk to Crown street . Turn right into Crown street and walk 4 minutes to the Winery.

When I was there, there were no dogs. However, the outdoor area, which could accommodate dogs, is far enough away for 'no-dogs' people to not be offended. I would phone the Winery to check.
Most back streets are timmed not ticketed parking
