I was so amazed with the service received. The staff were clearly understaffed today however made sure everyone was looked after. Sheree was an absolute delight and made my day with her kindness. Her coffee skills were also elite. Definitely coming back and will recommend to all of my friends.

Exceptional. I custom ordered my Dutch pancakes to come with Nutella and icecream, as well as strawberries and jam. They were to die for. The plate arrived piled sky-high with fresh golden pancakes, toppings and icecream that tasted homemade (I cannot confirm that it was). The service was lovely. As a pro tip, there is a backyard section that goes unnoticed if you are a new visitor. It is a great place to relax in the sun as you enjoy your food. We noticed that most people were ordering the breakfast platter, which were mountains of savoury and sweet treats. Next time we visit, we'll be trying the breakfast platter.

Excellent cafe in the heart of Pako here in Geelong.Food offerings were plentiful, high quality and delicious. Great Croatian beer,fantastic coffee and warm service. Had the breakfast platter this morning and my oh my it was amazing! I do question if it's really for only two people as there was so much food but I couldn't stop eating. The coffee was spot on as well. Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Will definitely be back again.

Great food, great place for brunch and to share a platter. They have lunch and breakfast platters as well as other lunch and breakfast mains. Staff are lovely too and we took away leftovers.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The service was very good, not pushy or rushing us, and the food was delicious. I would recommend The Village Door to anyone.
