Very rude, poor service

Early Sunday morning tables available. Ordered iced latte, The Shed Juice and a chicken sandwich and Avo Twist. Good service, nice value for money. Food was fresh and good portion size. Nice spot and location within Birkinhead Point outlet shops.

The coffee is on point and would come back again. Only downside is the wagyu burger was overcooked and lacking flavour. More on the terms of jerky and dry buns. The fish and chips is decent but proportion size is lacking. You have a nice view of the water and bridges in the background which is quite nice and guess that's what you're paying for when dining here.

Lovely food, great view - fresh hot coffee! What more could you want! There’s even a kids area set up with AstroTurf and chalk boards!

Came here for a brunch, the meal was great and the staff were friendly. The service was pretty quick too. A good place to have a little break from all the shopping :)

Top location, good food on a pricey side

This restaurant in Birkenhead Point is always consistent with their food. Always full of flavour and the beef was juicy and moist when you eat. The sweet potato fries is very tasty especially with their aioli sauce. Everytime we go to, Birkenhead Point, the shed is one of our favourite cafe. The only thing is that the burger has gotten over the years.

Service was really quick, which is commendable given how busy they were. Food & coffee was decent

I came to this shed cafe as I normally visit the one in parramatta which is always a fantastic experience. Unfortunately this one I cannot say the same for. Extremely poor customer service! I own my own business and if any of my staff were to behave in this careless manner I would not have them working for me. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Only when I walked away did the girl bother to look up at me. A simple acknowledgment and I would have waited, but not even eye contact. I do hope the owner gets to read my review and please take my advice, your staff are losing you business.
