Cocktails were delicious and the whisky samplers were brilliant value. It's in s beautiful old building with gorgeous decor. The music and vibe is also very pleasant

O.m.g. this was a place to remember. The drinks were great and the red velvet cake for dessert was insanely good. Service level was absolutely amazing too.

Great atmosphere and the tasting flights are a great way to try out some local whisky. 1 star off as I felt a little ignored after the helpful initial seating/ordering. I wanted to get more information on the whisky I enjoyed most, but no one came by to ask... Not a huge gripe and I'd go back, but it did feel a little bit of a let down that the strong initial level of customer attention wasn't maintained.

You can drive all over Tasmania seeking out the best whiskies, or, head down to Salamanca, settle into a lounge chair, and try them without leaving your seat. Given they have hundreds to taste, that may be a bit much in one sitting, but the single distillery flights of whisky here are a great way to get into the local drops. There’s a 11 different options, starting at $45 and each gives you 4 different whiskies from a single distillery complete with separate tasting notes and a great introduction by the barman. They also do some lovely chocolate cakes, and all in a dimly lit setting that seems to have been transported from a Victorian era London gentleman’s club.

Absolutely unbelievable world of whiskey. The ambiance leaves you wanting to stay forever! The Paper Plane cocktail was stunning. A creation of the owner. The whiskey sour was best I’ve tried. The vegan cake blew us away!! Best ever

This place was amazing. The ambience is on a whole other level. The whiskey tasting was sublime. Honestly, it's worth just going to sit in such decadence. Love, love, love!
