Brayden is an amazing server! Always full of energy and smiles. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. Love coming here and being treated the same every week. Customer service done right! Great management of the staff !

Charged us for extra ice cream and bigger size of the dish while we never asked for it! I ordered mini size but gave me the original size. Too much syrup and chocolate sauce that way too sweet we only ate 1/2 of our dishes but paid $60 for 2. Ridiculous! I rather go to the food court. The service was slow. Couldn’t wave anybody at all. We asked for water and only 1 cup was served. Waited another 10 mins for another cup of water for my friend. Never again. Such a waste of money.

Went for Mother's Day. 4.30pm reservation, place was pretty busy. Order in after 10 minutes or so, 30 minutes then passed before we're told there has been a "technical difficulty" and we need to re-order. Manager came over to apologize and our dinner was at no charge. That was good, happy with how they handled that. Our order came out quickly after that but unfortunately reflected the haste with which it was prepared. I had the Bavarian apple which was swimming in a puddle of water which, I was assured, was the "sauce". The apple was blistering hot or ice cold. Overall, a less than satisfying experience.

Had a Lovely experience here today with my wife, went in for dinner and the attention to detail and excellent customer service from the two young men who served us was only topped by the quality of the food. Convenient ordering via the app and quick delivery of food and drinks with management follow up later on to check that everything was to standard. Not our first time here and definitely won’t be our last, will always be a family favourite.

Won't go again. Disgusting service. No sign advising its Booked out. Was welcomed to go and have a seat and only to be told all their tables are booked out and we need to leave, when we were ready to order and call the staff. They even gave the menu for choosing. Very humiliating and won't go ever again. Thanks pancake parlour for your hospitality inly there is NONE
