Wonderful food!

If you’re looking for fast friendly service, I would recommend walking into a different direction. I understand that at times servers may be on the phone with a customer discussing catering options, however it would be good to be acknowledged, not ignored and maybe calling another server to assist. I decided to walk out given the waiting time was longer than my walk.

We came here a few weeks after renovations. The place has been really well-done with a modern warm feel. It was quite busy on the night we went however we managed to get a seat after a short wait. The food was mostly fantastic. The truffle fries were spot-on and the lamb was cooked perfectly. The salt and pepper squid was uninspired, lacking the flair of the other dishes. The staff were nice however the general service needed a little more friendliness. Still a great place for a catch-up, drink and feed.

Lovely food and very nice staff. Was a very quiet day in The Mill which was nice.

Great place with good vibes and delicious eats. The angus burger was juicy with a nice char and the burrata with date paste is an absolute must. Highly recommend for those cosy winter nights.

Very good food (we tried the mushroom gnocchi) and good cocktails. Service was good and fast. I was expecting average good pub but it was a nice surprise!
