Terrific Irish pub in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Staff are friendly, beers are terrific and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect in a great Irish pub. Recommended highly.

The Beef and Guinness pie was nice with chunky pieces of beef. But would have loved some pastry or thicker mashed potato. Onion rings were good. Staff are very laid back.

Good pub food. Great atmosphere. Irish dishes are great ,fish and chips and burgers a bit bland. Fish fillet is a pre-made product. Staff are lovely.

We came here to try their Christmas lunch, which was $60 pp set menu… And this is what we ordered: Entree: Garlic Prawns & Lamb Cutlets Mains: Roasted Turkey Breast, glazed with honey, rosemary & thyme... served with mash herb tossed green beans & cranberry jus. Dessert: Christmas Pudding & Panna Cotta Good food, with a good service. We particularly loved the prawns & the lamb cutlets. We now regularly come here for the drinks & the live music every Fri & Sat - 8pm till late.

Whist it lacks the palatable tension of a Irish pub during the 80s. The lack of secretion violence and supply of Irish beers and cuisine makes up for it. If you like cheese.. The beef and Guinness pie has lots..

A very friendly neighbourhood bar in the heart of the city. They couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Five stars!
