The Highlands

Fantastic atmosphere and the staff are friendly and genuine. Nice selection of entrees and mains with a good wine list. Steaks were yummy, but the ordered sides could have been more generous. Certainly on the higher end of the cost scale, but a good place to celebrate those special occasions.

The absolute best dining experience! Everything was spectacular; service, flavours, atmosphere. I will be telling everyone to come and try it out. Thank you to the whole team for the mouth watering, flavour explosion and an all round wonderful evening.

First time dining at The Highlands last night with friends, definitely a great experience, presentation of food and the taste was like we were in a highclass city restaurant, service was outstanding. Well worth the final bill $$$$. Not an every week expense but definitely worth it for a special occasion.

Beautiful restaurant for an intimate dinner, no loud background noise and the wait staff Isabel and Sofia were just amazing with their service and even though the computer system had a melt down they went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of and our food was served to a high standard. The pork belly is the best we have had, steaks cooked perfectly and the sides were very generous. A must try is the Pina colada dessert. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special night out

Great food, amazing vibe and lovely lounge music! Was one of the best experiences. We had a set menu of three dishes and I would give them 7 out of 5 but Google does not allow :)! Portions were very generous! I had scallops and there were 5 of them in entree! Steak was one of the best I've ever tried and believe me, I had quite a lot incl Florentian Steak in Florence. Chef welcomed us at the end of lunch and asked about the food which was so lovely. You definitely don't need to go to Sydney city to try fine cuisine. Highlands is my FAVOURITE restaurant so far and will definitely come back to try other dishes. Amazing food, great quality products, presence, music and prices for such quality is very nice!
