The Everleigh Melbourne

The Everleigh is a fantastic cocktail bar. Fancy lighting and big old fashioned booths create the perfect ambience. They have a good selection of cocktails on their menu but I tried two bartender specials. We were served by a lovely bartender. I described to her what I like and she brought me two delicious cocktails of her choice based on my likes/dislikes. Sadly I had to leave early because of dinner plans but I plan to visit again soon and spend more time.

After a horrid date the staff were really good to me. It's nice to feel safe and looked after, thanks so much! Also, very tasty cocktails :)

Fantastic service. Great cocktails with their own creations as well as all the classics. If you’re on Gertrude Street, you gotta try it.

This place was fantastic. No it wasn't cheap but it was good value for what you get. Old world charm and knowledgeable staff. I was researching Hemingway just while waiting the sommelier if that is what you call them was given my likes and what did I get - a Hemingway Daiquiri. What a great coincidence.

A setting with a nod to earlier times of cocktail lounges and speakeasy's. Staff who can take an order by asking what sort of flavours you would like and mixing a treat each time. Surprising taste with numerous impacts on the palate. Deservedly known as Melbourne's best cocktails.

Amazing ambience, staff and drinks. Really appreciated the service and the recommendations of staff. We happened across this place randomly and it'll become one of our regular stops now - would highly recommend to a friend! Unless you know exactly what you want, we'd suggest trying the bartender's selection!
