The Coffee Club Cafe - Coomera

Good coffee and great service by staff, just too noisy to sit in .

Friendly staff but a cafe is a bit understaffed. Long que at te ordering counter. I've order basil pesto and haloumi on sourdough added a poached egg. Dissapointed with it. The poached egg came out as Hard Boiled egg. :(

You can see from my review history that I'm not one to leave bad reviews. The way I see it, everyone has a bad day every now and then and as such, I usually let little things pass, specially if the food is good. In saying that, I have to say that this Coffee Club is terrible. The food tasted alright, but either the coffee or the food has made me so incredibly ill that I haven't been able to eat since lunchtime. On top of that, tuck-shop lady manning the register today clearly hated being there. It felt like I was doing her a great injustice by eating there. The only redeeming factor was the waitstaff, the two who served me were lovely. It's a shame really, my old local coffee club was one of my regular lunch and breakfast venues, I won't be returning to this one.

Overpriced,charged an extra 4 dollars for tiny four pieces of mushroom should've been on the eggs Benedict already as well as they repeated it back to me when order. It's very bad service as also had to wait along time and the meal was tasteless despite other coffee club shops get it right. My dining companion pointed out when my drink was served they were rude over a straw I never wanted. Couldn't recommend less and never returning. Never ever been charged for food and drinks this much at coffee club to get such bad service and terrible food. The milkshake may have been the best thing about it but it was too small despite being a regular size.

There were 3 customers at the counter for a long time 2 Customers right behind them the WHOLE time. They finally left then the next 2 move up. We walked in and correctly stood on the marked area then the rude staff members says, can you go wait outside, social distancing! YOU JUST HAD 5 CUSTOMERS NEAR EACH OTHER THEN YOU DECIDE TO ABIDE BY RULES. MIND YOU WE WERE STANDING ON A MARKED SPOT. ITS ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE AND SPEAKING NICE YOU ARE ONLY A COFFEE CLUB STAFF MEMBER NOT THE LAW. AND the rules should be to everyone NOT when you feel like it . WON'T BE RETURNING

My hubby and i have given up spending money at any Gold Coast Coffee Clubs!! Our last visit to westfield Coomera made the decision for us. Wanting to take away 2 coffees & a Bacon, Egg, Cheese & BBQ sauce roll, (asked for tomato sauce instead of bbq). No one else in the store. We grabbed our coffees and were waiting for ages for the roll. Coffees were BOILING HOT!! I asked for an extra shot, but was very weak. My husband opened his roll which was burnt, 1 piece of very hard bacon, no cheese & the edge of the egg was burnt! He threw it into the rubbish without even tasting it! Used to go coffee clubs all the time! After the last 4 we had bad food & coffee, we're now looking for another place.
