The Cheesecake Shop Thornleigh

I have ordered for the customized butterfly theme cake, every detail was taken care and the cake was delivered the way I expected. All my guests really loved the look and taste of the cake. It was my first kid's first birthday and the cake made the event so special. Thank you so much.

A general comment about the Cheesecake in the small tubs... Only a few biscuit crumbs in the bottom, a blob of jam, then filled with cream. That is NOT a cheesecake! I could have done that with ingredients I have at home for much less than paying $4.95 per tub. Usually love their products but this is false advertising.

The best cakes and always fresh. We got the mango passionfruit cheesecake and wild berry cheesecake, they were very well liked by everyone at our party. We also got the rasmalai cheesecake and that was unique and delicious. The owners are very friendly and they make sure your planned parties go even better. Special thanks to Lin for the great customer service. I was trying to cut a slice to share with a friend there, she offered me to cut it for me and also gave me a small container that could hold a slice.

Best thing to come to Thornleigh! Owners are so lovely and there is a great selection of cheesecakes, tarts, cakes, etc. Delicious too!! Will definitely be coming here for next birthdays. Highly recommend the tiramisu :)

100000000000/10 The owners of the franchise are so sweet, and it's in such a convenient spot. The cakes are so pretty, and super yummy!! If you're gonna get a cake, and you don't mind coffee, you have to try the Tiramisu cake. It is the best. The person who runs their Instagram account is also really sweet. The only thing is, it's a bit pricey, but I'm willing to pay for a yummy cake. Overall, The Cheesecake Shop Thornleigh is such a cool place, and if you wanna be cool too, buy a cheescake :)

I bought a cake here a few weeks ago and the writing we got done on the cake was done really nicely and professionally and overall it looked like a cake that was made well. We went back and bought another cake and asked for writing again however this time it was done absolutely horribly and was completely sloppy and shakey, the guy's excuse was "that lady isn't here today" which again is completely unprofessional. A child could've written it better than this. The cakes taste good but if you want to buy from here either don't ask for writing or make sure they write it infront of you. If the person was not able to write on the cake properly he should not have tried writing it in the first place. We talked and fixed issues and everything they were extremely nice about it and refunded us the money and because they were so sweet about it I'll bump up the review to 3 stars, will be going back.

It advertises opening hours because it is a new shop. Went there and it wasn,t open. Tried to phone, using number on website ( also same as head office) msg says “ this number you have called is not contacted “ How do they expect people to buy from their shop. I also physically went to the Marketplace where new cheesecake shop is, and shop was not even ready !!!.,
