Loved the cake we picked up yesterday! The rainbow cake feeds soooo many people. Only had a few leftover slices, which my wife will be very happy to eat. We will see you again for our anniversary in July!

This is my go to store for cakes. The cakes are always good looking and taste good. It’s nice to see cakes being made out the back and not just mass produced. They always look after me here.

The absolute worst customer service! Five kids running the show and all seemed a bit clueless to the customers waiting. Ridiculously slow, rude and unprofessional! When you go ring a bell and then have one of the girls come out 5 minutes later is an absolute joke. They seemed to be more into the music playing than anything else. A little disappointed. Other than that the cakes I have bought so far have been awesome! Delicious and just mouth watering that you want to go back for more. I will be returning however if I don’t see a positive change than I will unfortunately have to go elsewhere.

I have purchased several cakes from this cheesecake shop and have always been impressed. My son and I also enjoy buying single slices for a treat now and then.

I do not usually write negative reviews however I was so disappointed and disgusted with the birthday cake for our grandsons 18th which cost $220.00 My daughter and I went there and had asked for a specific style of decorations which we were told would be done. When my daughter picked up the cake it looked like it was decorated by a trainee. My daughter was then given chocolate rolls to add to it herself after she complained, and in the 15 minute drive home the blue icing then started to run onto the white. Not a pretty sight. I would NOT recommend ever buying from Oxenford cheesecake shop, staff were rude when I went back and complained and wouldn’t comment when I should the photo of the runs on the cake.

Awesome service from Bailley when ordering a custom cake. It was just as requested, fresh & tasted amazing!
