I went in to get a custom cake for my Fiance's 30th birthday. After showing them a design I found online, they replicated it and it turned out absolutely stunning. My Fiance and the guests were blown away how incredible the cake looked and it created a beautiful memory for her birthday. They really created an awesome cake and I would recommend them for custom cakes.

The lady who is the manager was very rude and quoted me a high price on a custom made cake and I was quoted $50 less by 2 of the staff for the same cake in the same shop when asked her about it she very rudely stated that they were wrong and asked me if I was shopping at other places for prices. I checked at other cheesecake shop for the same cake that I wanted and realised that she was charging me $50 extra. Will never go back so please do you homework before you get any cakes from there especially from the rude manager who has got no CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTES at all. She needs to be trained how to talk to customers.

Went to a birthday party and host ordered a fruit flan. The cake was purchased and cut within 20 min of purchasing. Not only was the custard rock hard frozen we were told by a lady at this shop, I don't know how it is frozen, my fridge temp.is -2.7. But the next comment blew me and the other party attendees away. Well if the custard is frozen, leave it in the sun for 30 min and it will then be fine. Are you kidding. Leave custard in the sun and then have guests eat custard. No thank you. It was like she didn't believe my friend who rang. When he rang she was standoffish and didn't really care at what happened. No solutions to the issue. Pathetic. Head to a another cheesecake shop not owned by this one. Do your homework.

Ordered cake online, great customer service and a wonderfully baked cake. Did an amazing job. Thank you for the additional helium balloon. Highly recommended.
