Amazing experience at the Bolt Hole. Pascal, the German bartender, was in all honesty one of the most incredible hospitality hosts we have had in our lifetime! So friendly, he made us laugh and feel welcomed and the cocktails were absolutely amazing! We will definitely come back and he definitely deserves a promotion :) He made my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and our Saturday night experience the best it could possibly have been! Cannot rate this venue highly enough.

Cocktail treasure trove! Swinging through Wednesday night for a couple of after dinner drinks, what we had reckoned was a dive bar turned out to be the loveliest little spot in Byron. The host was super friendly, guiding is to our table upon arrival. This place knows cocktails! A very happy atmosphere to kick back and relax with a drink and laugh with close friends.

Looove this place! The cocktails are delicious, get the Charlie Chaplin for popping fun. The vibe is chilled, good place for pre-drinks!

Manuel is an absolute treasure. He is the best host and most wonderful human and we were sad to leave such an awesome bar. The Bolt Hole is the best place in Byron

A dung beetle is not only the world’s strongest insect but also the strongest animal on the planet compared to body weight. They can pull 1,141 times their own body weight. This is the equivalent of an average person pulling six double-decker buses full of people. Now that’s strong!

Went here for a friends birthday. Paid $20 per head for food at this pretentious place and all we got was potato gems, dim sims, dumplings and fries. Literally all food was heated up in the oven from the supermarket. When going to a bar that has so many strict rules and is outrageously expensive, you expect some boujee food not something you can heat up in the oven yourself. Drinks were overpriced. Please advise the patron that scotch and coke will cost $30 prior to making the drink if it that price is not disclosed on the menu.

We had the best time at our Wedding After Party with you this month! Jeremy and Pascal were awesome and the perfect amount of accommodating for our guests. Everyone raved about the venue, the staff and the cocktails. A testament to everyone having such a good time, I believe there was a decent group that shut the place down. We know we were your first wedding after-party since this craziness so thanks for taking a chance on us and looking after us so well. You closed out the perfect day!

Awesome bar in a great location. Get there early and get one of the spots by the window. Delicious cocktails and friendly staff.
