The Bistrot Cafe Freo

This Bistrot cafe started its business in January 2021. They roast their coffee beans. The long macchiato was slightly bitter, slightly acidic and aromatic. There are lots of dishes to choose from for brunch and dinner. The corner has a spacious outdoor for patrons who love the breeze, and the partial sunlight under the shade of the big trees. One can see the century-old Norfolk pines in the Esplanade park right across the street. Enjoy! (2021-05)

My wife found it - we went there for lunch and we both loved it. My niece is down in Freo, for a few months, staying nearby in Norfolk Street, Fremantle - she took me out to lunch at The Bistro, and she and I both had a delightful time there. The setting is stunning, the staff are very professional, and the food is great. Looking for another excuse to go back there - I'm sure we can manage to think of one, soon! So I can add a photo, to prove how pretty it is!

Oh my goodness this cafe is magical. Newly opened and on point. Sitting outside you get to experience the shade of a gorgeous big tree and feel the sea breeze. The food is wonderful and the coffee is high quality. So happy this little place now exists! New go-to ❤️

Amazing place for great coffee and great food. The owner has thought of her customers and can cater for those with food intolerances and food lovers. Her café is in a great location, with awesome friendly service. Highly recommended!

Mediterranean style outdoor seating under the trees with the sea breeze makes for a peaceful and quiet spot to have a drink or coffee. The cheese platter was fantastic and great value. Drinks and service was top notch. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere and the food reminds me of Europe, the wine selection is excellent, they serve proper coffee even at 8 pm, and they serve the best cheese platter I have ever had in Perth. A must visit place if you want a short trip back to Europe ❤️

So friendly and happy. Helpful staff who made me an off menu and very pretty keto friendly salad for lunch. Our little dogs even got a cuddle and a treat from staff. So welcoming and the food was delicious.
