I liked the food but it was expensive. Amount is also okay. Some staffs were nice apart from one. Decoration was too good.

Everything was just okay. But not amazing . Considering the food portion , quality and service provided , it is quite pricy . Maybe it is due to the location . A little surprise that they use QR code to order and pay before the dishes arrive. I understand that less contact maybe necessary during the COVID period . But it seems to me less service was provided and lack of consistency .

Timely friendly service. All done by checkin code scanning & ordering by app on mobile phone. Not sure how it would work if you didn't have your phone. Food was tasty, fish was perfectly cooked - not sure that it topped my best Thai experience - worth trying

This is one of the best Thai restaurants l have eaten at. The restaurant itself offers a traditional decor with the atmosphere to match. The food is typical of traditional thia food, very tasty an beautifully presented. Great service, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have eaten there multiple times and its the only takeaway thia we order from. I highly recommended Thai Alley.

Always busy, make sure you book ahead. Food is always on point.

We used to love it here but the new online ordering system is horrible. It takes away from the whole dining experience, we may as well have stayed at home and stared at our phones. Very disappointed. We had 1 drink and left.

Great food and the restaurant decoration is very nice too. Fully online menu and ordering system. Prices are a little high but reasonable, and they do lunch specials too.

You feel like you are being served by a human who just wants to help and give you a good experience. 🥡 Food: Absolutely beautiful, the meat always tastes tender and succulent, with vegetables that always are cooked well and gives a fresh taste to the dish. The Pad Thai is a must. 🏛 Design: The inside of Thai Alley is absolutely gorgeous and great for photos, with a warm homely feel, beautiful greens mixed with immense wooden, artistic columns and headers above the bar. I love this place and regret not taking more snaps to share. 💸 Cost: Really affordable for the quantity and quality you receive with each meal. A definite must if you enjoy Thai and want somewhere local

I liked this restaurant. The food was nice but it didn't a lot of variety and I didn't like how you had to select and pay for what you wanted before the food was brought to you. It would be super awkward if there was a table full of people and one person paying with their credit card.

Do not waste your money. We came here on a date night (Sunday) the restaurant was empty expect for one table which had two small children with blaring iPods going. They sat us between a drink cart and the loud childen. PLENTY of other seats. We eventually asked to be moved it was so unpleasant. We ordered a salad and a curry. The curry came first, my salad came 10 minutes after the curry (they were both mains) so my partner had finished his meal before mine got there. A terrible experience. The food was very average and definitely not worth the money. I will never go back here and will tell other. Awful experience on what should have been a pleasant night out.
