The lobster is fair in price and is average in flavour. It is fresh indeed. The fish basket is average as the fish smell is present and the calamari and scallop seems over cooked. It may deserved the best fish and chips in 2017 but I doubt it isn’t right now.

I hate seafood but i really enjoyed the fish here battered. And the chips are thick and well cooked. I only had salted so unsure if a chicken salt option us available.But if you just want a good old fashion fish n chip feed it's worth the trip

What a pleasant surprise! Great food and really fresh seafood. The seafood chowder was amazing, really tasty, and full of seafood. The fisherman's basket was great too and possibly had the best calamari and fresh \ creamiest oysters in Hobart + friendly service too!

Fantastic way to spend a sunday!! Do yourself a favour, food was excellent and we all had a great day! Live music was great! No wonder you have won awards! Been here many times to eat but the addition of your Sunday session in the marquee is great !

Superb Tasmanian seafood in Hobart. The Fried Lobster with chips is superb and also the oysters.

We shared a seafood basket , plenty for two people and really well cooked. Really enjoyed and would definitely return.

Usually good fish and chips from here. Last 2 times have been a bit ordinary. Ordered 3 pieces of fish for 3 people. The fish was overcooked and small. Only got 1 wedge of lemon to share.
