Worst. Please don't go here. Except brand name nothing is good here. Returned order as it wasn't fresh. Chips served was cold, uncooked. Crunchy taco was barely filled. Very unhappy with experience. Edit: The they replaced the food still not good. You can get better food at Zambrero or Guzman. The madmax which I don't like much is still way better than Taco Bell. Never going back

Ordered the Crunchwrap supreme meal. Don’t expect too much since it’s fast food but i found it to be a hearty and satisfying meal. Taco Bell sauce comes in tiny packets but gives it extra flavour. I enjoyed the extra crunch of the crispy taco shell within the wrap.

Ordered 2 tacos as I've seen this place before and decided to give it a go. The tacos are best described as looking like a used nappy.

Price is what Taco Bell wins on. Taste is not their USP and neither is the variety which is just sufficient. You can definitely get better food at Guzman or MadMax. Taco Bell is good if you want to break from other restaurants and want to try something new. Nachos is yum 😋 and must try. Long way to go Taco Bell. Keep improving.

I came out of my way to find out they close there doors at 8:30pm mind you I was there at 8:20 but finding parking was an issue, so I reached the Blacktown store around 8:30pm, when clearly on Google its say you close at 9pm half an hour make a big difference. If you guys close at 8:30 DON’T falsely advertise saying you close at 9pm and I have taken a photo of the doors shut and chairs up at this particular time.

Always freshly prepared so you get to enjoy the burritos warm and chips/ tortilla crispy. Very generous contents and staff does not complain if you have special requests. The staff moves quick and the wait time is just appropriate.

Having loved the US Taco Bell, I was so excited that the chain was back and made the trek to Blacktown. Being the only restaurant in the Sydney Metro, the restaurant was very busy, with a lack of senior staff. The glass window allowed all the waiting customers to see into the kitchen, where the junior staff could be seen chatting and joking, whilst the kitchen was quite messy and no one was cleaning the dine in tables. They need more staff on the service counter as the one girl there was run off her feet preparing orders and serving customers whilst you can see more than 5 staff in the kitchen chatting. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty but the customer service experience you’d expect from a US fast food chain was lacking.

The food isn't always prepared the best, but it's always tasty. All they need is a little extra training out back & it would be 5/5! It's hard when you are still a new store. The atmosphere is great! It's nice to have TB back in Sydney.
