We had some table issues due to high demand despite having made a booking. Was handled by server Raven and he promptly had us in a booth when open. I had a scotch fillet cooked.rare with mushrooms and garlic butter, will say they cooked it right, was delicious and soft like a good.rare steak. The drinks options are good nothing amazing could do with more tap beer choices. The entrees are nice especially potato skins.

Food was good. Obviously they've just opened so the service wasn't the best but I'm sure they'll get there. Food came out in a timely manner.

My sister and I are American and had been looking forward to this opening for a while. Sadly it was underwhelming. I ordered the Tex Mex chicken fajita stack and i would probably describe it as Idaho Mex with the 0/10 flavour of everything. I would go as far to say the chicken didn't even have salt or pepper. I made a fajita and the flour tortilla was the most powerful flavour 😭 my sister made one too and I think she thought I was exaggerating until she bit into it. I told two staff who said they'd pass it on and that was that. The table behind us got the same and theirs came out sizzling we both looked at each other because mine did not so that was kinda safd. We bought and tried a few things and the bill was $144 for two people so not a cheap night out. And I think my sister used some voucher too. The drinks were great we had ice tea and lemonade but funny enough kept getting brought out sprites instead of lemonade (3 times) and I'm sure that's a teething issue because sprite is called lemonade by some Australians. But the lemonade was delicious. Please TGIF use seasoning when you cook! Especially Tex Mex I really want to come back and love this place, it's my local!

Top notch food and drinks, plenty of diversity as well if you can't handle your meat (vego/vegan) gluten free options too. Service is stellar which obviously is why the place has such a inviting atmosphere. Through my experience I was exposed to the membership which opens up plenty of great deals and discounts, along with this and happy hour even the cheapest punters will find value here. Definitely recommend a visit 👌

Pretty poor unfortunately, and a far cry from the TGI Friday’s you get in the US and significantly worse than the Carousel branch. The ribs were tough as old boots. Part of the magic with ribs is the prep and slow cooking process to get them to the point that the meat is falling off the bone. That’s what you pay for. Dry-rub and basting seemed to be almost non existent and you’re paying close to $50 for a rack of ribs that didn’t even have the membrane removed. At these prices it’s a rare treat for me to order ribs and as one of my all time favourite meals for them to be prepared so poorly was a real let down. The dessert seemed like a bit of a cruel joke. I ordered the apple crisp which is described as “oat and almond crunch” and stewed apples with ice cream. I was expecting something along the lines of caramelised almonds baked with oats and cinnamon, the result was a literal bowl of granola with some cooked apples and a scoop of ice cream. It was half a bowl of supermarket quality cereal (I’m not convinced this wasn’t straight out of a cereal box) with some apples and a scoop of ice cream for $12... The service was good so there is an extra star there for that. It’s just a real let down to pay so much money for food that doesn’t seem to have had any care or prep work put into it.

After having had Tgi fridays in other country's i was very excited to visit, Overall the experience was not great. I found the lady serving got our drink order wrong and nearly got our meal order wrong. The food was very average and ribs were super tough, I found myself disappointed and ended up leaving most our dinners was not cheap either at $150 for two. Don't think I will eat in there again, Nor recommend

We went on the first night... so the entire system was new, a lot of teething problems. Manager helped and resolved issues for the most part. Happy hour drinks and kids eat Free on Thursday! Happy hour food was very small portions but the main courses were fine.

Food was OK, but when we arrived a staff said it’s fully book so I had to sit at the bartender. It turns out the empty tables were all time empty until I finish and left the restaurant. I’m not sure too many no show or just don’t manage empty tables properly.
