T Mood Dernancourt

This is a very interesting restaurant/cafe that serves a range of Japanese/Asian food (think rice bowls, ramen and fried foods like dumpling, chicken etc.) and also a good range of asian drinks including bubble tea. We tried the Japanese Curry Pork Belly ramen and Crispy Chicken Lovers Bowl, with a side of stir fried brocolli and mushroom. The brocolli dish was tasty and garlicky, however a bit small for a $10 dish (it came without rice). The ramen wasn't too bad but wasn't anything to rave about; the pork belly slices were the ones you get from the freezer section in asian groceries too, and weren't as freshly cooked and plump as I would've liked it. Having said that they can cook chicken very well though as everything in the Crispy Chicken dish was delicious. The chickens were plump, juicy and well marinated and the serving size was generous. Service was quick and good too and the place was nicely warmed up when we were there. Seeing how flexible their menu is in terms of what you can add/remove to create your 'perfect' meal, we'll definitely come back to try other items on their menu. We'd recommend you do too if you're after some really good late night Asian snacks as they're open until quite late.

My wife and I tried this last night and ordered a bunch of different things. I felt happy with the quantity and quality of the food we ordered for the money we paid. The fried chicken was good and had a nice variety of sauces to choose from. The spicy fried chicken is pretty spicy, but not overboard. Will return :)

Lovely and bright restaurant that opens till late! Great selection of rice bowls, noodle bowls, and drinks eg. bubble tea and smoothies. Friendly staff and good service :)

Love the fact it opens at 1am - makes for a great hangout spot and one of, if not the ONLY, Asian hangout spot that opens till that late. Pictured on left is a Passion fruit black tea 0% sugar and half ice with coconut lychee jelly is GOOD STUFF. Try it. Staff are very friendly and accomodating, good food, good vibes! Their menu is so wide ranging also, something will surely grab your interest!
