The Swansea Hotel

We were in Swansea for 9 weeks and this was the best food we ate by far..great service friendly staff and the food unreal

Had the $16 Szechuan Pepper Squid and paid an extra $2 for chips to make it a main meal. Squid was tender and not chewy, (& not too spicy) chips were cooked perfectly and the salad was very tasty as well. Warning though, the salad had peanuts in it for those with allergies. Didn't have to wait long for our meals and staff were nice. Adding to my last review, my mother had her birthday party here last night and both the kitchen and bar staff looked after us very well. Nothing was a bother and the price of the catering was great value. Highly recommend having a party or event here and I still give it five stars.

Stayed on the weekend. Fantastic room, it was Clean and Bathroom was huuuuuggggeeee!!! Staff were very Friendly. Food was great. Only down fall is car parking was around the back, its not a far walk but when you have luggage and leave early. But overall highly recommend.

Great simple rooms and clean bathrooms. Staff were accommodating. Was some loud live music one night, but was respectfully stopped at 11.30pm, leaving plenty of time for sleep.

Staff were fantastic. Alexander Charley attended to our large group. Nothing was too much trouble. Shame there aren’t more like him. Bistro cooks were great. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Would come back here. Very clean and everything well presented.

Great modern hotel with beautifully renovated rooms at a reasonable price. Meals were excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Right in the centre of town. Would stay again when down this way.
