Might be the best Ramen shop in the Eastern suburbs area. Nice broth, perfect noodles & generous size grilled Chashu. The staffs are very good and look after the customers well.

Fast service and delicious bowls of ramen. Broth is a lighter style, not the thick style you find at other ramen joints. The vegan ramen was delicious with a great depth of flavour. Noodles were a great texture - just the right amount of bounce. I'd love for the vegan ramen to have some tofu in it, perhaps crumbed karage style, or marinated and grilled. Omnivore dining companion enjoyed their classic tonkotsu ramen as well. Will happily come and eat again.

One of the most authentic Japanese Tonkutsu ramen places in Sydney, definitely tge best in the eastern suburb area, although is run byn chinese owner. Unfortunately most ramen places are run by non Japanese now so it's hard to find that authentic flavour, most are run by Korean and has Korean flavour instead. It is now hit and miss. The tonkutsu ramen soup at Suki was very tasty and hot which was yummy as I found most ramen places only offer warm soup. Friendly service and very clean. The owner was very helpful with our orders The karaage was so tender too. My mate who is a local gave it thumbs up. This will definitely be his local weekly eatery. I wish there is another Suki near Strathfield or homebush. They will do well. Definitely be back again and highly recommend

I rarely review on google, but today I have to do it. Ryo noodle ( old name) is used to be one of the best ramen shop in town, but today new shop makes me very disappointed. Services: 2/5. He is not very happy to talk to us, even when he drops the menu and take order, but he spent a lot of time to ask other tables. Maybe we are only asian table in that shop this time. Food: 2/5. We ordered classic tonkatsu and dark tonkatsu. The soup are not thick, no taste, Very poor presentation, no more seaweed, pork too thick and not tender. Look like they not cook enough time. Although I order extra noodles, I couldn't finish the 1st bowl. Food hygiene & safety 2/5: when customers come, they can easy see 3 big bag of raw meat ( porks) on the bottom shelfs in the kitchen. I know these bag are higher than the ground 1-1.5m. But it is not nice when the customer can see it. Reply: Hey Owner, instead of arguing with me. You should spend more than to train your staff and improve your menu. Covid 19 is not allow you to smile with customers? But your staff was asking and smiling with other tables. FYI, i am Asian as well as you guys, but I am not double standard. Everyone has difference taste, but it doesnt means you can sell bad food. Especially, the customers services. May I give you recommendation, in this case. You always can offer me comeback to taste again with free food. Please remember, if they dont care, they wont need to spend their time to comment on google reviews, they just never comback. Customers always give you 2nd chance, but you throw it to the bin, in this case. I will change from 2/5 to 1/5.
