The manager of this restaurant has no customer service skills as he is completely condescending and rude in his attitude towards his customers. The customer is not always right in his eyes as he verbally expressed to me. My order was incorrect and this subway went back on their promise to replace and told me I was wrong and a liar. How can you run a business like that?!

This Subway at Pennant Hills does not read the special instructions on any order. Consistantly they stuff up in this area. Extremely frustrating. I will be letting the head office know of this as well. As long as you don't have special instructions they are fine but I am getting sick of the constant same mistake from them. Annoying that the Thornleigh store is no longer open otherwise I would be visting them instead.
