Yummy food. Great service

This would have to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. When I arrived, there were 2 customers in front almost finished being served. From the time I arrived my sandwich artists (as named by subway themselves and the only 2 on shift on a Thursday night, both fairly young) chopped and changed between making subs to taking customers payment on the til to answering the phone to taking delivereats and uberoo orders coming through the printer. Our sandwich artist took our order then mid way through, answered the phone then for some reason started tapping on an ipad, then, once he finished picking up the phone and the ipad, comes to continue our order, WITH THE SAME GLOVES HE STARTED WITH. He was genuinely shocked when I asked him to change his gloves before continuing our order. All we ordered was 3 x 6inch subs and a salad with drinks and cookies. We were there for 25 mins, and we didn't even eat there!

The customer service that I have received from some of the workers is disgusting. I understand what it is like to work in bad conditions, but if you can’t be nice to people, why are you even working in the first place? There needs to be EXTRA training for these employees on customer service because there is NONE

Where did there for about 10 minutes while one person got served didn’t have any and one extra there and the guy brought like seven subs I actually have stuff to do I don’t have time to be waiting around when there’s only one customer inside the actual shop very disappointed and very annoyed. Will not be going back to that subway ever again

The normal staff isn't too bad, but the manager is a real piece of work and should be fired. Extremely rude to both staff and customers as well as overcharging them. Upon asking, I've heard of multiple people about his misconduct and awful practices. AVOID.

Was missing some stuff from our order from a sketchy delivery driver, called up the place spoke to a lovely man and he personally delivered our items to us, lovely customer service.. 💛

overall good, think they need more staffs to speedup service in weekends.

Best place for a quick, healthy meal. Easy parking just off the main road. Kababs, Dominos and Hungry Jack next door. Plenty of choice for everyone.

Fresh and delicious food. One of the best customer service I have got from a business as well. Will be returning (and I don’t even eat Subway that much!)
