Awesome staff...ordered threw uber a few times now and everytime i get a lovley lil msg from the staff

Absolutely trash service. Clear lack of training and/or enforcement of subway standards. Not clear on their own prices, formulas or manners. Customer service isnt a priority at this subway. Also formally complained and received a copy and pasted message from both manager and owner via email which didn't address any of the issues I mentioned. Clear lack of leadership and care from the top as well as a bad team -someone who worked as a manager for 2, much more busy subways and would have treated you much better. Ref. I ordered veggie patty six inch .. No enough salad in there , even some of items missing. No toasted ..make me unhappy

Worst customer service I've ever received. I work in hospitality and I so I understand having bad days, but the service I got from Bailey/Riley (her name-tag was unclear) was absolutely awful. Very rude, monotone, and the one question I asked her was apparently too difficult to deal with. All I ordered was the cheese and garlic toastie, and it was soggy and undercooked. Usually I get really good service and food from Subway, so this was a really surprising and disappointing.

I was treated so badly by the employee, Bailey. I was ignored for a while and when she actually came out from the back to serve me she wanted me to know she was inconvenienced by having to serve me. She asked what I wanted in the most annoyed and montone way. She told me she didn't have white bread (which is the only bread I've gotten from subways before So I didnt know the other bread). I asked what other bread do u have and in the most annoyed tone she sighed and said "all the other bread". Without getting upset at her at all I just asked if she could tell me what bread there is and in her monotone annoyed voice mumbled them, I could barely hear. So I just said the only other bread I heard even though I did not want it. She was so rude. I never complain about service, this is literally the first time I've ever left a negative review on a store. I just cannot believe how rude she was. This is beyond just not delivery good customer service, she went out of her way to make my experience bad.

Worst subway i've ever been to. I ordered a falafel wrap, wasn't asked what salads I wanted. She microwaved the falafel along with the salad and sauce so by the time it got to me it was soggy. Service was terrible and my subway cookie was not a subway cookie. It was a fake subway cookie.

Toaster has been out of operation for a month, they said it would take 1 week. Also the place is filthy at times and the customer service is awful, monotone and passive aggressive.

This girl that served me here is amazing. She was tall, with brown hair. She helped with recommendations of saucy, meat and salad. Was a wonderful sub.

Chetan’s special Indian style subway is a must have for everyone. Amazingly good taste food with a super friendly service. Thanks for the lovely breakfast :)
