Was craving cookies and figured it was better for my health to get one from Subway alongside my husband’s meatball sub instead of a whole box of them from coles. They always nail that yummy soft texture

That was the worst service I've ever received from staff and management. A disabled person asked for my helping in getting their attention just for them to ignore me too. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is an absolutely shocking store for service and food quality! It’s one of the few Subway stores which deliver to my address and every time I think it can’t get worse, then it does! Numerous times I’ve ordered cookies and been sent different burnt ones. They ignore the ingredients you ask to be put in the sub and my partner is allergic to some so she can’t eat it. It always arrives cold so I need to re-cook it and today we ordered boxes and they made all of the above mistakes except also didn’t deliver the drinks and cookies in the order which we paid a lot more for. The driver seemed reliable and the store is a repeat offender, I would just avoid this store at all costs!!!

I'm a self proclaimed Subway nerd. Love it, I eat one or two weekly. And I have been to so many subway outlets that even I don't know the count. So, this one was one of the best. I like what they've done to the place, it's spacious and colorful. Very clean too. Service was great, the artist engaged in small talk and made the sub very well. I've an OCD regarding my salads on the sub, but this time it was great. Perfect amount of sauce and nice clean presentation. I think I might switch to being a regular over here. My server was female (Emma), in case the manager is reading. Came in with a smile, went out with a smile. Perfect. **Here's a tip, make your sub healthier by choosing not to add cheese and too many sauces.**

They are good and have nice staff. The place is clean and has been renovated. The only minor issue is that it’s been such a long time that their drinks dispenser has been out of order and you can only get bottled drinks. I drink Lift and they even don’t have that product in their fridge. So every time I go in I have to only get the food without a soft drink.
