We ordered 7 platters for our wedding reception last week but we had to throw away about 30 wraps and sandwiches because the capsicums were off!!. Unbelievable. We placed the order one week earlier so I think they prepared everything in advance and thats why the food wasn't fresh. Very bad experience don't recommend them at all. A waste of money in such a special occasion.

There are two Subways near me, but I choose to use the South Melbourne store as they put care into their orders and leave small messages on their bags which makes the customers, me, feel cared about, especially in lockdown. They fill their footlongs or six inches to the brim, try and give you meal deals if you have ordered a set of items and double pack their items for COVID-19 safety reasons. They read order instructions carefully and deliver quickly. Prices like all Subways are reasonable for the amount of food and the freshness of food received. Recommendations - 1. Untoasted tuna footlong with all the trimmings. 2. Raspberry cheesecake cookies. Do yourself a favour and give these guys a go!

It was good, but not the best Subway I visited. They were out of tomatoes at a busy time of the day, lunchtime. The location is good, outdoor sitting is available as well.

I went to grab a subway today noon and the girl working there was β€œnot welcoming at all”! Giving πŸ‘†πŸ» star for the POOR customer service! Wrong person hired for the wrong place!

Their bin is always overfilled so birds spread rubbish all down the street. When I informed a staff member about this they said "it's not my responsibility"! So if you like eating your "fresh" sub next to a pile of "rotting" garbage plus want to support a company that doesn't care about their local environment then by all means go here.

This was the third time I gave them a chance to right their wrongs... But now I guess there is no turning back. The Food quality aside (which is very mediocre), they always have delay delivering the food. Like EVERY time! And not for 10-15 more minutes but more like 1 hour late... This is the third time this is happening; I ordered 3 footlongs at around 8:00pm and now it's 9:32pm and only now I see the guy appeared on the Uber Eats map... I had a talk with someone at their store and she simply suggested me to talk to Uber to cancel the order, or wait even more! ... Last time indeed!

Its pretty decent. I noticed they dont automatically offer the free drink (the one that comes with the footlong) so you'd have to ask for it. Otherwise, all good

Sandwiches are ok. AC is broken in the ship, so if it's 30 outside it feels like 40 inside.
